Wibowo (Bowo), is a corporate and commercial lawyer at Brigitta I. Rahayoe & Partners. He works on a broad range of corporate and commercial legal services and assists both domestic and foreign clients. Bowo has experiences in a variety of legal services relating to general corporate and commercial matters such as foreign direct investments, mergers & acquisitions, liquidations, and employment.
Bowo joined the firm in 2022 after graduated from Udayana University, majoring in Business Law in late 2021. During his university years, he was actively involved in Asian Law Students’ Association Local Chapter Udayana University and held a key role as Vice Director on Academic Activity. He represented his university in the 2020 Supreme Court National Moot Court Competition XXIII, and his team secured second place out of 16 delegates.
Bowo has completed the Advocate Profession Special Education Program (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat) and currently in the process of obtaining his certification as an advocate from the Indonesian Bar Association. He speaks Bahasa Indonesia and English.
