Established BRIGITTA I. RAHAYOE & PARTNERS (formerly BIR&P), after more than a decade of association with Ali Budiardjo, Nugroho, Reksodiputro. She is a law graduate of Universitas Indonesia majoring in Private International Law.

Prior to, and during her legal studies, Ms. Rahayoe served as an executive assistant to managers in investment companies in the drilling and the pharmaceutical sectors in Indonesia. In 1986-1987 Mrs. Rahayoe worked with foreign law offices in New York and Amsterdam. She speaks Indonesian and English fluently.

Michael Giovanni has more than 15 years’ experience in advising both Indonesian and international clients on Corporate Commercial matters such us mergers & acquisitions, foreign direct investments, joint ventures, liquidations and divestments for wide range of field industries.

He obtained his bachelor of law degree from University of Indonesia (2002) and master degree from Pelita Harapan University (2016). Michael is admitted as an advocate in Indonesia  and is a member of the Indonesian Bar Association (PERADI) and Capital Market Legal Consultant Association (HKHPM). He is also a registered legal consultant at the Financial Services Authority (OJK).

After more than 10 years as a Partners at Law Office and Legal Consultants Kusnandar & Co. and Saroinsong,
Tumundo & Partners and as a Senior Associate for the Firm Brigitta I. Rahayoe and Partners since September
2012. She is a law graduated of University of Padjadjaran, Bandung, Indonesia.

Hetty’s practice focuses on investment law, corporate transaction including joint ventures, incorporations,
mergers, consilidations, acquisitions restructuring and liquidations, liaison with Indonesia government agencies,
praparation of legal documents and forms including those required in relation with corporate matters and legal
transactions, serviced related to intellectual property rights.

She is holder of licensed as an advocate by the Indonesian Bar Association and also licensed as a Consultant of
Capital Market.

Adiwidya is a corporate and commercial lawyer at Brigitta I. Rahayoe and Partners; prior to joining Our Law Firm he attended Bond University in Australia majoring in Business Commerce before finally decided to pursue his law degree at the Universitas Indonesia in Jakarta majoring in commercial law.

Adiwidya’s practice focuses on Investment law, information technology law, competition law, international business transaction such as WTO related matters including GATT, GATS, Agriculture Agreement, Investment Agreement, Bilateral Service and Investment Agreement, various Governmental Trade Measures in relation to subsidies, safeguards and non-trade measures such as TBT and SPS. He also has extensive experience in handling mining companies and mining service companies, and in advising on day-to-day mining operations, contracts and cooperation agreements.

He is qualified and currently in the process of obtaining his certification as an advocate by the Indonesian Bar Association.
