Bayu Widodo (Bayu) is a corporate and commercial/business lawyer at Brigitta I. Rahayoe & Partners. He joined the firm in 2019 after graduating cum laude from the Faculty of Law at Trisakti University in Jakarta, earning a certificate for ranking best-third in his faculty.

He possesses expertise in providing legal services across a broad range of corporate and commercial/business law matters and has experience assisting both domestic and international clients, including several prominent clients with worldwide public records. Bayu has worked in various areas of legal services, including general corporate and commercial matters, such as foreign direct investment, mergers & acquisitions, liquidations, employment, intellectual property, consumer goods & retail, land & property/real estate, and more.

Bayu completed the Advocate Profession Special Education Program (Pendidikan Khusus Profesi Advokat) in 2019 and, in the same year, passed the Advocate Profession Examination (Ujian Profesi Advokat). In 2024, he was sworn in as an advocate at the Jakarta High Court and is now officially registered as an advocate with the Indonesian Advocates Association (Perhimpunan Advokat Indonesia). Bayu is fluent in both Indonesian and English.
