Kresna Binsar Panggabean

Graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Indonesia with Sarjana Hukum (SH) majoring in Economics law in 1999. Specializes in corporate, foreign investments, acquisition, banking and finance, labour and real property. Licensed as an advocate by the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI).

Prior to joining the International Legal Department of BIR in February 2006, he worked as an associate in other major Jakarta law firm. He is a fluent speaker in Indonesian and English.
